Team Member Code of Conduct

Revised December, 2018

Support Each Other, Help Others.

Team members should support fellow team members and the community in any way they can. This includes but is not limited to promoting each other on social media or on stream, hosts, raids and visiting each others channels when possible. The TWNN website and our exclusive discord are used for quickly finding team and community members when they are live.  Official Twitch Team Members must maintain activity levels in order to remain on the team.   This system ensures that our most supportive members are rewarded with team membership but also continue to help those who are new to the community, thus maintaining our goal of supporting each other, and helping others.

The community is open to all but by being a TWNN team member, you are part of an exclusive team, based on mutual support. After youve met the requirements you will be eligible to join the Official Twitch Team. As long as you are a member of the official Twitch team, you agree not to be a team member of any other official Twitch stream teams.  You may join other discords and participate in any community as long as you are not an administrator or moderator of another team.

Be A Good Example!

Team members are ambassadors of TWNN and in some ways Twitch.  We must always represent the team and community according to the community guidelines and the Twitch TOS. Team members need to reinforce a positive attitude within the community. As Team Member you are a leader and the atmosphere you help to create contributes to the overall health of the community.

In order to work together and support each other, Team Members must  maintain communication and activity with the community and the admin team.  Discord is TWNN’s Official means of communication.  We expect all Team Members to be present and engaged when possible.  When life “stuff” is happening and you cannot be “around” just let us know when you get a chance!  This ensures that we can plan events and rely on team members.

The TWNN leadership has an open door policy and you can always Direct Message TheRealGMO, itisintdan, or any of the community mods directly in Discord with questions or for help.

TWNN is Privilege, Not a Right.

We welcome and support people of all backgrounds and identities. This includes, but is not limited to members of any sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, race, ethnicity, culture, national origin, social and economic class, educational level, color, immigration status, sex, age, size, family status, political belief, religion, and mental and physical ability.

Please remember, that being on the teams is not guaranteed. It is not a right. TWNN reserves the right to refuse or remove membership based on any factors which may harm the community or the emotional or physical well being of its members or any other person.  Treat others and yourself with respect.
